Delivery & Returns

All orders over £150 are free delivery in the UK

To qualify for free delivery you must purchase in one order £150 worth of goods excluding VAT. Orders under the £150 threshold will be charged at £3.49.

What happens if some of my items are out of stock?

Delivery costs are for a complete order and are regardless of the number of items ordered. You will only be charged once for delivery and you will not be charged additional delivery costs for any items sent separately due to stock issues.

Please note, if part/s of your order are out of stock we will by default wait until all the items are in stock before shipping your order. If you would like us to send your order as separate items, please continue with your order and then contact customer services T: 02838 394053

Can my order be delivered overseas?

We are able to despatch orders to overseas addresses. For further details, please call 02838 394053, or if you are calling from abroad call ++44 (0)2838 394053 (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm  UK GMT).

How do I change my delivery address?

Please contact our Customer Services Department on T: 02838 394053 from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Should you wish to change the delivery address we ask that you do so promptly as orders are picked and despatched every hour.

Refunds

All refunds will be made as soon as the returned goods are received.  A full refund will be made, less the initial postage, if the products are received back in good a condition.  Postage will only be refunded if the goods were received by the customer damaged or in a condition not indicated.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, JCB, AMEX card or Paypal. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted through the Ulster Bank payment gateway. Work Wear Apparel will not store any credit card details. The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds (GBP). We currently authorise payment from your account at the time of order but debit the money from your account the same day as completing and dispatching your order, unless if you pay via Paypal in which case we will take the money immediately.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?

All orders are processed immediately, which means that we are sometimes unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed, so please do make sure you are happy with your order before placing it. If you require additional items, you can place a new order. If you do receive any items you no longer require or that are incorrect, you can simply return them free of charge under our no quibble guarantee for an exchange or refund.

What happens if I do not receive my order in the timeframe?

It rarely happens that our customers do not receive their order within the specified timeframe for each country; however, from time to time this does occur. If your parcel does not arrive please contact our Customer Service department on   T: 02838 394053 or e-mail sales@workwearapparel.co.uk. If you are calling from abroad the number is ++44 (0)2838 394053 and we will investigate the matter immediately for you.
